Where do you ship?
- We ship within the United States via USPS. Flat rate shipping is $5.95.
How long will it take for me to receive my Teestimony Case?
- If you place an order between the 1st and 17th of the month, you’ll receive your order by the 30th.
- If you place an order after the 17th of the month, you’ll receive your order by the 30th of the following month.
- An order confirmation email will be sent the moment your order is processed.
How does billing work?
- You can purchase subscriptions on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly rebillable payment cycle. You will be billed for your first Teestimony Case at the time of your initial purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew by month or by term until you cancel. Monthly renewals bill on the 1st of each month.
Where can I get my tracking number?
- You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking by the 30th of the month.
- It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking information to load. You can find your tracking by logging into your account.
- Make sure your billing information is up to date. If we are unable to bill you, check your email for a message from us with next steps to get your information updated.

What if my package arrives damaged or is missing an item?
- Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly assist.
What is your return policy?
- If we made an error packing your item, the exchange will promptly be honored free of charge. Just email email@example.com.
- Items are eligible for exchange and/or refund within ten (10) days of receipt by customer.
- Once the returned item is received, refunds will be issued via the method of payment used during purchase.
- Exchanges must be received in the same condition in which they were sent. Please include the completed return card from your original shipment with details for the replacement item.
Monthly Rebillable Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s shipment, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. Yearly Rebillable Subscriptions can only be cancelled within the first month, but we’re able to opt you out of auto-renewal at any time. You’re also able to opt yourself out of auto-renewal within the final month of your subscription.
How do I modify my size or change my address
- You may log into your account and make size/address changes prior to your rebill on the 1st. In the event a change is made after the 1st of the month, it will take effect the following month.
- Updates after the 1st of the month can be made by emailing our support team at email@example.com Please email size/address updates by the 17th of the month.
- Prepaid subscribers, email firstname.lastname@example.org for all size changes.
Can I choose my shirt?
- Monthly contents are a surprise to our customers. This is an integral part of the Teestimony experience. At times, hints are disclosed via email and social media. If for some reason you do not like the contents of the case, refunds and exchanges are always honored.
How does the Refer & Earn program work?
- Login to your Teestimony account for your personal referral code.
- Share via email, social media, or copy/paste.
- When a friend enters this code at the Teestimony checkout, they receive 10% off their first Teestimony Case.
- When three friends sign up using your referral code, we’ll credit your account with a free Teestimony Case for the next billing cycle. There’s nothing more for you to do! The free coupon will be automatically applied towards the payment for your next month.
